Meet Anne Marie

Anne Marie Stephenson is a Professional Marketing Strategist who focuses on speaking, consulting, and strategic marketing and training for the multifamily industry. She loves to help light the way to your team’s long-term success, and believes that fun and a sense of humor are an absolute “must” in teamwork and in life.

Anne Marie started her multifamily career 17+ years ago as a part-time Administrative Assistant in the corporate office. Over the course of the next 2 years, she was promoted to Accounting, Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Property Manager. She then moved up to Senior Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, Asset Manager, and then Vice President.

Anne Marie feels extremely fortunate to have started her multifamily career at the entry level and then been given the opportunity to work her way up through the ranks of property management. Coming up this way has given her the advantage of being able to truly understand the everyday challenges that the on-site teams face on the “front lines”, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with the on-site teams about the “big picture” needs and goals of the corporate office, investors, and owners..
